Pre-release notice: Noctori is still in development and is not yet offered as a public paid Windows software release. Optional one-time digital supporter packs are currently available through Stripe. These supporter packs are separate from any future Noctori software license. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Current websitePre-release software information, digital supporter packs, legal policies, and customer support.
Future ownershipNoctori account + entitlement; a key is a one-time claim credential.
Personal useThe planned personal entitlement may authorize up to two personal host devices.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By using notori.cc or any Noctori service made available through it, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or have any authorization required by applicable law.
2. Pre-release status
Noctori is currently pre-release. Features, supported environments, pricing, licensing behavior, integrations, documentation, and availability may change before the public Windows release. No recurring subscription is currently offered. If a recurring plan is introduced later, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. A public build will not be represented as available until Noctori considers it release-ready.
3. Accounts, linked identities, and entitlements
Noctori accounts can link supported Discord, Google, and Steam identities to one account. Those connections are sign-in and continuity signals, not separate licenses. Public accounts are currently available for supporter identity, linked sign-in identities, and future ownership readiness; paid Windows software ownership is not yet for sale. Early Discord access uses Discord's own join/application screening flow. Discord may ask why you want to join, and acceptance is not guaranteed. Purchasing a supporter pack does not guarantee acceptance. When software sales open, ownership is intended to be represented by an entitlement attached to the Noctori account. A redemption key is a one-time claim credential and is not intended to function as reusable ownership after redemption.
4. Personal host authorization
The current planned personal license may authorize up to two personal host devices. Multiple Noctori processes and RDP sessions on an already authorized host are not intended to consume additional host capacity. Final commercial terms will be displayed before purchase.
5. Support Noctori
Noctori currently offers optional one-time Lunar, Stellar, and Celestial supporter packs through Stripe. Lunar is $5, Stellar is $15, and Celestial uses customer-selected pricing with a $30 minimum. Packs include tier-specific digital assets and Discord community perks described at purchase. Existing supporters may be offered an upgrade checkout that credits the published base price of their highest active tier toward the next tier’s minimum, so they are not charged the full base price twice. Packs do not purchase a Noctori software license, subscription, staff/moderation access, or guaranteed early access. Discord perks require an eligible Discord account in the Noctori server and remain subject to channel-level safety and community rules. A direct Cash App donation may also be offered as a separate tip-only option; it does not purchase or upgrade a supporter pack. If Cash App is selected inside a Stripe supporter checkout, the verified Stripe order may fulfill the selected supporter tier.
6. Purchases, digital delivery, and payment verification
Noctori does not currently sell the public Windows software. Current supporter packs are one-time digital products/services processed through Stripe and fulfilled electronically through digital assets and applicable Discord community benefits; no physical product or shipping is involved. When a purchaser signs in before checkout, Noctori may attach a Stripe checkout reference to that Noctori account for automatic order reconciliation. Discord role fulfillment requires a linked Discord account that is a member of the Noctori server. Future Noctori software purchases are intended to be delivered through the customer’s Noctori account and/or authorized download access after confirmed payment. A client-side success screen or screenshot is not authoritative proof of a completed payment, and any future paid software entitlement will rely on authoritative provider/server-side confirmation.
7. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Current supporter-pack purchases and future software purchases are subject to the . A verified refund, reversal, lost dispute, or chargeback may change the related order status and revoke associated supporter-role access or future entitlements. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Acceptable use
You may not attack or interfere with Noctori services; bypass licensing or security controls; access another person’s account without authorization; distribute malicious modifications; use Noctori to commit fraud or unlawful activity; or sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially resell a personal entitlement contrary to the applicable license terms.
9. Third-party games and services
Noctori may interact with third-party software, games, identity providers, hosting providers, and payment services. Those services have their own terms, rules, availability, and enforcement. You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms. Noctori cannot guarantee that a third-party service or integration will remain unchanged or available.
10. Intellectual property
Noctori software, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A future software entitlement grants permission to use Noctori under the applicable terms; it does not transfer ownership of Noctori intellectual property.
11. Security and enforcement
Noctori may require reauthentication, ownership verification, temporary restrictions, suspension, or manual review where reasonably necessary to protect an account, entitlement, payment, or service. Enforcement may occur for confirmed fraud, resale, payment abuse, security abuse, or material violations of these Terms.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pre-release Noctori services are provided without a guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every environment or third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, liability, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as Noctori approaches release or as product, payment, security, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented through the website or another appropriate Noctori channel.
Pre-release notice: This policy describes the current development website and intended launch architecture. Before the public Noctori software launch, final operator/controller details, provider disclosures, and jurisdiction-specific notices will be reviewed and updated as needed. Noctori does not use the website for advertising profiling.
Minimize dataUse only what is reasonably needed for accounts, ownership, security, support, and orders.
Payment safetyPayment providers should handle sensitive card entry; Noctori does not need CVV or full card numbers.
Current statusPublic accounts are available for supporter identity and linked sign-in providers; software licensing remains pre-release.
1. Scope
This policy applies to personal information processed through notori.cc, Noctori support interactions, and future account, licensing, device, checkout, and software services.
2. Information Noctori may process
- Account data: display name, avatar, internal identifiers, account status, and account/session timestamps.
- Linked identity data: stable provider identifiers and basic profile information supplied for authentication by supported providers such as Discord, Google, or Steam.
- Community access data: the linked Discord identity used for supporter-role fulfillment and any legacy Noctori-site early-access status previously recorded. Current early-join screening/application answers are handled by Discord rather than collected by the Notori.cc.
- Session and security data: session records, sign-in/security events, request metadata, and privacy-preserving security identifiers.
- License/device data: entitlement status, license identifiers, redemption history, friendly host names, authorization state, and continuity signals.
- Payment/order data: provider/order identifiers, amount, currency, payment-method family, refund/dispute state, country where relevant, and timestamps. Full card numbers and CVV should remain with the payment provider.
- Support data: messages, attachments, screenshots, and references you choose to provide when asking for help.
3. Why information is processed
Noctori may process information to provide requested services, authenticate users, protect accounts, maintain ownership and device continuity, reconcile payments, detect abuse or fraud, provide support, maintain audit history, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and local storage
Noctori may use cookies or similar browser storage that are reasonably necessary for sessions, security, preferences, and service operation. The current service is not intended to use cross-site advertising trackers.
5. Payments
Stripe currently processes payments for Noctori digital supporter packs under Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms. Depending on the checkout method, Stripe may process contact, payment, device, fraud-prevention, tax, and transaction information. Noctori does not need or intend to receive full card numbers or CVV. A separate direct Cash App donation may be offered as a tip-only option and does not create a supporter entitlement. Cash App used inside Stripe checkout remains a Stripe-processed supporter purchase. Noctori retains only information reasonably necessary to identify and reconcile an order, deliver supporter benefits (including an associated Discord account when provided), handle a refund or dispute, investigate fraud signals, resolve fulfillment issues, or provide support.
6. Service providers and recipients
The current architecture uses infrastructure providers for website hosting and database/authentication services and may use supported identity, payment, email, monitoring, and support providers. Providers receive only information reasonably necessary for the service they perform, subject to their own obligations and terms.
7. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account access, ownership continuity, security, support, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, audit history, disputes, and legal obligations. Exact retention schedules may be refined before launch where required.
8. International processing
Noctori and its providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the appropriate mechanism will be used.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request information about processing, access or correct personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent where consent is used, or complain to a supervisory authority. Some requests may be limited where data must be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment records, disputes, ownership lineage, or legal obligations.
10. Children
Noctori is not directed to children under 13. If applicable local law requires a higher age, parental authorization, or another condition for a commercial account or contract, that requirement applies.
11. Security
Noctori uses technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, including server-side secrets, opaque sessions, hashed security identifiers, provider verification, and audit events. No system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes and privacy requests
This policy may change as Noctori’s final product, payment stack, support tooling, and legal obligations mature. Material changes will be presented through the website or another appropriate channel.
Current pre-release status: Noctori is not yet selling the public Windows software release. One-time digital Lunar, Stellar, and Celestial supporter packs are currently available through Stripe. This policy covers those supporter-pack purchases and the planned treatment of future software purchases.
Current paymentsOne-time digital supporter packs are available through Stripe; the public Noctori software is not yet for sale.
Future softwarePlanned 14-day window for genuine unresolved compatibility, technical, or access problems.
ContactRefund and billing questions: support@notori.cc.
1. Current payment availability
Noctori currently offers one-time Lunar ($5), Stellar ($15), and Celestial ($30 minimum, customer-selected amount) supporter packs through Stripe. These packs include tier-specific digital assets and Discord community perks, are separate from the future Noctori software license, and do not provide a subscription, staff access, or guaranteed early access. The public Windows software itself is not currently for sale.
2. Digital fulfillment
Supporter packs are fulfilled electronically through tier-specific digital assets and applicable Discord community benefits. No physical goods or shipping are involved. Discord benefits require membership in the Noctori Discord server and may require account identification/linking for fulfillment. When paid Noctori software becomes available, successful software purchases are intended to be fulfilled through the purchaser’s Noctori account and/or authorized download access after payment confirmation.
3. Supporter-pack refund review
For a current supporter-pack purchase, contact support@notori.cc within 14 days of purchase if there is a duplicate charge, confirmed billing error, failure to receive the promised supporter-pack benefits, or another verified issue. After promised digital content has been delivered, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered except where required by applicable law. If an upgrade payment is refunded or reversed, the account may automatically return to the highest earlier supporter tier that remains valid.
4. Future software purchase policy
When Noctori begins selling the Windows software, the planned normal product-use refund policy is: a request should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase and concern a genuine material compatibility, technical, or access problem that prevents meaningful normal use. Reasonable good-faith troubleshooting may be requested to determine whether a working solution is available.
5. Reasons that generally will not qualify for a future software refund
- Changing your mind, buyer’s remorse, deciding you do not like Noctori, or preferring another product.
- Simply not using Noctori enough or no longer wanting it.
- An attempted resale, transfer, sharing arrangement, or other violation of the personal-entitlement rules.
- Loss of access to an unrelated third-party game/service, including a ban, enforcement action, or rule change imposed by that third party.
- A problem caused solely by an environment clearly disclosed as unsupported, unless applicable law requires a remedy.
6. Other purchase cases Noctori will review
- Duplicate charges or accidental duplicate purchases.
- Confirmed payment-processing or billing errors.
- A verified paid entitlement was not delivered because of a Noctori-side failure.
- An exceptional verified issue Noctori elects to remedy.
- Any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, warranty, or other remedy required by applicable law.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Some jurisdictions provide withdrawal or cancellation rights for distance sales or digital content. Where legally permitted for immediate digital delivery, checkout may separately request any consent or acknowledgement required by applicable law.
8. How to request review
Email support@notori.cc with the payment/order reference, the payment method/provider, and a concise explanation of the billing, compatibility, technical, or access issue. If useful, include sanitized screenshots or error text.
Never send passwords, recovery codes, session cookies/tokens, full product keys, full card numbers, CVV, banking credentials, or payment-provider passwords.
9. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider or method where practical. Processing time depends on the provider, bank, and payment rail. A browser message alone does not establish that a refund has completed.
10. Disputes and chargebacks
You retain any dispute rights available under law or through your payment provider. If a dispute or chargeback is opened for a supporter-pack or future software purchase, Noctori may investigate the related order and, where relevant to a future software purchase, temporarily restrict ownership-changing actions while the matter is reviewed. A confirmed reversal or fraud finding may change the associated entitlement according to the Terms and applicable law.
